Our ambition is to make an International Education Complex in the Oasis of Maaden El Ervan in Mauritanian Adrar.

 A world wide objective has arisen from a national one.

To contribute to the local development of Maaden El Ervan Oasis, I deliberately chose to undertake an investment in human resources through a free training of young generations by building a secondary school called “Brains of Oases” on April the 4^th 1995.

At that time, the exceptional local and national poverty conditions as well as the delay in registration of the youths from this Oasis, as compared to the country and the rest of the world, have led me to conceive an innovating pedagogical system, which has today the advantages of making 70% of savings for both students’ parents and the government as well on their annual secondary school fees expenditure and in the same time ensuring the students an annual success to the Baccalaureate examination three time higher than (the National one) and on top of that, with a reduction of their secondary school career to 2 or 3 years instead of 7 years.

The testimony born to us by our former students as well as by those of them studying abroad, are indeed live evidence of this system credibility that I am trying to make known through New Telecommunication Technology Information Communications (NTTIC) in order to meet partners to help consolidate it and develop it through total or part funding of a school or University Complex in Maaden El Ervan Oasis.

This Complex should comprise a High School and a High Institute of mathematics applied to computer science foreign languages teaching, with outstanding virtual teaching in a nice oasian students’ halls of residence where pupils, students and foreigners alike from all over the world live together with Maaden El Ervan pupils and students.

This implies that the new dimension sought after by our institution, now is to overcome its local development objective in order to become an international solidarity station for building up and developing  an innovating pedagogical system useful to all human beings.
